It was noted that the bill (Reg. No. 2479) aims at granting deferment from military conscription to graduates of higher educational institutions that work in the specialty in rural area.
The Committee drew attention to the fact that the bill stipulates only deferment from military conscription and only for the period of work in the specialty. Thus, the bill applies only to those young specialists, whose work is directly connected with specialty and, thus, promotes economic and cultural development of a village.
